Episode 27 with Amee Severson: We need more space to breath

Amee Severson is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in Bellingham WA whose work focuses on body liberation, fat acceptance, and intuitive eating through a social justice lens. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition from Montana State University and is completing a Master’s in Professional Practice from Iowa State University. She is a dietitian registered in the State of Washington, a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and is working toward becoming a Certified Body Trust Provider.

On this episode we talk about finding Health at Every Size (R) and Intuitive Eating.  We talk about not feeling comfortable with putting clients on diets yet she felt it was ok for her.  We discuss an article she recently wrote (link below) and we talk about social media.  We wrap up with what is Nourishing Amee now.
